Celebrate in grand style in our Cincinnati wedding locations. Hyatt Regency Cincinnati invites you to explore the many venues we offer as a stylish setting to honor your life’s most important events.  Our Cincinnati wedding ceremony locations feature the city’s largest hotel ballroom and a variety of other venues that will accommodate everything from small, informal weddings to extra-large, high-society fetes.  Connected via skywalk to Tower Place Mall and Saks Fifth Avenue, Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers the utmost convenience for entertaining pursuits after the wedding ceremony and reception. 

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our Cincinnati wedding locations offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Second Level
Bearcat
With 891 square feet of elegant interior space, this ceremony room accommodates 75 for a reception or 50 guests for a seated formal banquet. Entertain 40 in a theater-style arrangement. 

Musketeer
Boasting 570 square feet of contemporary interior space, this small banquet hall offers enough space to entertain up to 40 guests in a reception-style event or 20 guests for a formal banquet.

Third Level
Regency Ballroom
Offering 14,219 square feet of elegant interior space, this lavish event space holds distinction as the largest ballroom in Cincinnati.  Divide it into sections A through G for a variety of flexible, separate event options.  Graciously accommodate as many as 2,000 guests for a reception-style event or 1,200 guests for a formal, seated banquet.  Discover one of Cincinnati’s greatest treasures for your next large-scale event.  Destined to impress the VIPs on any guest list, this signature venue exudes style.

Ballroom Foyer
With 7,700 square feet of spacious elegance, this foyer provides ample space to accommodate as many as 1,000 guests for a reception.  Use it as overflow space for your ballroom event, or as an exceptional venue in its own right.

Buckeye A & B
Featuring 962 square feet each, these event rooms offer gracious accommodation for up to 100 guests at a reception.  Invite up to 60 guests to a formal seated banquet to celebrate your new life together.

Bluegrass A & B
With 851 square feet and 900 square feet, respectively, the Bluegrass event rooms offer enough space to accommodate your small to medium-size events.  Confidently host anything from a quiet wedding ceremony to a formal banquet.  Bluegrass A will accommodate up to 70 and Bluegrass B will accommodate as many as 80 guests for reception-style events.

Fourth Level
Keystone
Featuring approximately 600 square feet of stylish interior space, this function room will accommodate up to 55 guests at a reception or 40 for a formal banquet.

Hoosier A & B
Boasting 412 and 550 square feet respectively, the Hoosier event rooms offer spacious elegance for your small to mid-sized events.  Graciously accommodate a guest list of 55 to your receptions in these venues.

Wolverine A & B
Offering 437 square feet or 450 square feet of spacious interior, the Wolverine allows a reception for up to 55 guests.  Invite 40 guests to a formal banquet to celebrate your love.

Mountaineer
With 425 square feet of inviting and comfortable interior space, the Mountaineer offers accommodation for 50 guests at an elegant reception.  Feel at ease with a guest list of 30 for a formal, seated banquet.

Foyer
The fourth-level foyer offers over 2,680 square feet to accommodate the overflow from your wedding events.
