Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Cincinnati can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Parking
Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests. If needed, other self-parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.
Menus
Our comprehensive wedding package offers a wide variety of plated or buffet dinners. Customize the menu to reflect your cultural preferences.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
Guestrooms/Suites
A complimentary one-night stay in a Bridal Suite is included in your wedding package. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist to block rooms and for further details.
Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Wedding Package are exclusive of current taxes and service charges. A $1500.00 non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
